Intro

Growing up, I was always fascinated by computers and mobile phones. I could figure out how they worked pretty fast. I still remember learning HTML in grade 6 and building static websites just for fun every time I got my hands on a computer.

I think it’s always a good idea to do what you love—that way, you never really get tired of working.

My First Tasks

At iXD Labs, my supervisor is Sunera—one of the smartest programmers I know from our university batch. When I started, he gave me two tasks:

Both using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

At first, it felt really hard, but as I got closer to finishing, I realized that completing a tough challenge is one of the best feelings ever.

I was so happy when I finally got them working.

Getting into Real Projects

Once I got the basics down, I was thrown into real projects. My main focus became backend development.

Learning something new always melts your brain at first, but over time, it gets easier and more rewarding. The more problems I solved, the more confident I felt.

The Best Part About Working at a Startup

One of the coolest things about working at a startup is that you get to work on a ton of different technologies. In just a few months, I got my hands on:

Thoughts on Career Growth

I’ve realized that focusing on salary in the first few years is a mistake. Instead, I see it as getting paid to learn—and that’s a pretty good deal if you ask me.

My Current Goal:
